I've been programming more than writing lately, for nearly a month. Here is a micro-story about people.
It's kind of long. How to go to jail for a long time for doing nothing. Or at least be threatened to be taken to jail. Josh's photostream that night is here. The pictures stopped when the cops started.

hektic31: The policy is called Rendition, its been around since the cold war but now the war on trror is on they use it alot. the gov wont talk about it, nobody seems to know about it except law enforcement. whats really crazy is since your a born U.S. citizen they can hold you for 3 days, if you are naturalized they can hold you indeffinatly. Be careful alot of colorado is military land, Norad, Ft.Carson, 4th inf supply depot, all real close to Colorado Springs and Denver.

A bit random. A lot of people in ancient Europe believed in the existence of a holy king and his Christian army that were lost somewhere in the east, and that would eventually find their way back to Europe and unite Christendom etc etc. Time passed and their mythical holy king (Prester John) would have been super old - so people started believing that his grandson must be the new king. So this super powerful holy king of the east came to be known as the King of India. When some vague reports of a vast unstoppable army bearing a huge white cross starting trickling in from some eastern european territories in the year 1217, people went wild thinking that this holy king was coming to unite europe and whatnot. When a scribe miscopied a letter describing the advance of the "King of India" on eastern europe as the "King of Israel", a bunch of eastern european jews were certain it was true second coming and that the King of the Jews with his huge holy army was going to destroy the Papacy and build a huge holy jewish empire. They dumped all of their riches in a wagon-train, and shipped it out to the second coming to secure their spot in the holy kingdom. It turns out the vague reports of the big white cross were actually sheeps shoulder bones bound together in kind of an "X" - the emblem of Ghenghis Khan and his half a million strong mongol horde. Europe was about to get raped in the ass for half a century.

oneman: Yeah, You have to have people log in or just type something like " I am human " and that will get rid of the random spam post bots. You only have to make a hardcore test if your using/making commonly distributed software, rather than custom stuff.
